Manual Machining

At Omega Metals, machining is the backbone of our business. We have a dedicated manual machining department with over 20 different machines, including a mix of mills, lathes and boring equipment. We heavily leverage the use of our manual machinery to balance demand requirements from our customers. For less complex or smaller volume runs, we will shift production to our manual team to optimize our costing and provide the best lead time and pricing to our customers, and we also use our manual department as a strategy to buffer against demand spikes, again ensuring that we can offer market best lead times.
