We have 17 modern CNC centers to serve a variety of different unique machining requirements. We are constantly reinvesting in our business and adding new machine tools to our equipment portfolio. We have predominantly standardized on Mazak systems, as we have found that the durability, performance and ease of use is unmatched. Additionally, we have a number of high performance Haas systems to maximize our range of capabilities.
CNC Milling Capabilities
Our innovative CNC milling and drilling technology offers live tooling capabilities, a large, 40” X 20.1” X 22″ work envelope, and automatic pallet changers for added manufacturing efficiency. We work with a wide variety of materials, meeting ultra-tight tolerances as close as ± 0.0002” on all part dimensions.
